DAY 6 - kusadasi & ephesus, Türkiye
Ephesus was one of the seven churches mentioned in the Revelation of John and was once a bustling port town with wide, colonnade-bordered streets and a population of about 250,000. Spectacular excavations over the last 110+ years have revealed much of the glory of ancient Ephesus, including the vast Agora and the Library; even so, much has been lost. We will view the terrace houses, also known as “the house of the rich.” The ancient world declared the Temple of Artemis to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World, but today, only a single column remains to mark its site. Explore the ancient site virtually at the Ephesus Experience Museum to see life in Paul’s time. Lunch & shopping at a carpet factory. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
DAY 7 - santorini, greece (on own)
Dock at Santorini, one of the most gorgeous of the Greek islands. Its whitewashed villages with brilliant blue domes are sprinkled about the cliffs high above the sparkling Aegean Sea. The island perches on the edges of a volcano whose eruption 3,500 years ago is thought to have led to the collapse of the Minoan civilization. Ride a “tender” boat ashore. The day is yours to join a tour, take in shopping, restaurants, culture, and views galore! Shore excursions booked on own through cruise line. Breakfast and dinner included (on ship).
DAY 8 - mykonos, greece (on own)

DAY 9 - kavala, greece
Visit Philippi, where Paul, intending to find a place to pray by the riverside, spoke to the women who had gathered there, among whom was Lydia, a seller of purple, whose heart the Lord opened to hear the words that he spoke. Lydia was the first Christian to be baptized on European soil. Visit the site where this event is commemorated. See a crypt dating back to the Roman period and which is believed to have served as a prison for the Apostle Paul. See the famous agora (market), the basilica, and the theater. Breakfast and dinner included.
DAY 10 - thessaloniki, greece

Built by King Cassandros and named after the sister of Alexander the Great, the city flourished under the Byzantine Empire. Stroll the beautiful Basilica of St Demetrios, dedicated to a distinguished Roman proconsul who was martyred for his Christian faith. Look upon the Roman Agora, center of political and public life, constructed in the 1st Century AD.
